Savory Baked Chicken

4-6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken strips 
 Garlic salt and black pepper-to taste 
30-40 Savory Saltine Crackers-crumbled (use less for strips)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place chicken pieces as close as possible in a  baking dish.

Season with garlic salt and black pepper. 
Top with crushed Savory Saltine Crackers. 
Bake 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.  May need less cooking time for chicken strips.  Minimum internal temperature of 165ºF
